So, how can you take control of how external images are handled in your inbox and ensure both privacy and performance?

You can easily do this by using the Load External Images option in Zoho Mail.

In Zoho Mail, you have full control over how external images are displayed in your emails using the Load external images option. you can choose to always load images automatically or load only once you allow them to. This helps balance convenience and privacy depending on your needs.

Steps to Manage External Image Settings

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Go to Settings > Mail View > Load External Images.
  3. You will find two main options:

    1. Always – Images will be displayed automatically in all emails.
    2. Ask me – Images will not be displayed unless you choose to load them manually for individual messages.
  4. Select your preferred option and save your changes.
If you ever change your mind, you can return to the same setting and adjust your preferences at any time.
