What does the customer click on their end to allow the remote support session?
What exactly does the customer click to finalize joining the support session? She's installed the run-time. On my end it shows "[name] has joined. Waiting for session confirmation". The problem: She doesn't know what to click to confirm the session. She says there's no "allow" or "confirm". I'm sure there is an "allow" or "confirm" or "start" on her screen but I don't know exactly what to tell her to look for, or WHERE to look for it.
