I am a newbie and have successfully created a "Student Registration Form" within ZOHO Creator. 

Since students contact me to register – I would like to just send them a link that goes straight into the registration form –

Once they complete the form and submit it – I would like to get the notice (back to my email) their form is complete.

I want to be able to insure that a student can only see their form and nobody else’s.

Can you please advise the best way to do this or direct me to a on line tutorial that addresses these specific questions.
