My contacts haven't been syncing for almost 2 months, even though the sync is active and the last Retrieved Date is up to date. The clock logo looks clickable but does nothing when clicked. Why would there not be some sort of error or notification to let me know my contacts haven't been syncing for months?!? This is a huge problem.

I've turned the sync on and off and that also does nothing. I looked at the date the last contact was added from my contacts list and I see this one has the "Import In progress" status. Again clicking on it doesn't do anything, clicking the refresh icon on the right does nothing and the delete button is grayed out since it happened within the last year.

I really don't understand what is going on here and why there is no documentation I can find talking about "import in progress" or "import queue".
