Hi guys,

I made an automatism that send an email (by Campaign) to lead that use chat and in this email I say

"bla...bla....bla.....do you want subscribe to our beautiful newsletter?"

Is a question so customer can don't replay (in this case lead is remove from list) or replay and write YES.

In this case I want add to this lead a TAG that works as trigger for a sequence of email but I don't understand well how to made this.

can somebody drive me to make this?

Or I accept your idea to do better. Goal is convert a user of chat in a lead subscribe to our newsletter.
