What you see is not what you get

I have created an email for a campaign

at the creation stage it looks great, in preview it seems to be OK but is so small I cannot really see.

If I send a test email it looks nothing like the original design, scrappy and font changes.

Also what is this?   Dear $[FNAME]${content}nbsp;$[LNAME]$
