What's New in Zoho Books - June 2021

We hope you and your businesses are doing well. We're back again this month with a few enhancements that we’ve made to Zoho Books. Let's take a look at what's new this June.

Zia Search

Zoho Books has always provided strong search options to help you find what you are looking for quickly. For instance, Advanced Search helps you filter your search results and identify the ones you need. To take it up a notch, we have added Zia Search, which helps you search for any kind of information across multiple Zoho apps from within Zoho Books.

Click the Search dropdown and select Search Across Zoho to get started. You can also press Cmd + / (in macOS) or Ctrl + / (in Windows) to access Zia Search from anywhere in Zoho Books.

Updates for organizations with the Zoho Inventory add-on

You can now edit or remove information related to AfterShip packages—like carrier, tracking number, shipper account number, and tracking key—even for packages that have already shipped.
You can edit sales orders received from Shopify directly in Zoho Books.

Updates to the Zoho Books iOS app

Added the option to create custom fields with Date and Time as field types.
Added the option to enter a flat amount for Tax Collected at Source (TCS). (India edition)
Supported the TDS tax deducted option on the invoice payment page. (India edition)
Squashed a few bugs on the way.
