I have a question about the unsubscribe settings screen for the Zoho campaign.

I can't understand the difference between "Unsubscribe" in "Pages and Emails" in the list and "Unsubscribe" in "Pages and Emails" in the settings.

Why are these two "unsubscribes" and why are they different?
