Hi, I was told today by Goutham at CRM support that Zoho CRM didnt plan to support whatsapp and we should use a
this marketplace app. The marketplace app that was suggested to us had about 25% 1 star reviews.
Why cant zoho support this natively without us going through unreliable third parties? I am sure there are hundreds of requests already, in fact I was told by Sarath at Zoho Social support that whatsapp was more aligned with CRM team, and the CRM product team was looking at it. Why is it not important for the product team to support the global standard communication app? Look at
