Where is the documentation for Zoho mail?
Hi,
Am I correct in thinking there is no documentation for the mail application at all!
How can this be - surely I must have missed it.
You must have pages of instructions on how to set up accounts and configure things?
You must have screencasts on importing mail from other mail systems?
You must have step by step instructions on stuff like adding a new email account?
No?
Please, please, please do this if you have not got it already. Then put a big link on every page saying 'HELP' in nice friendly type so people who are not working for your company or are not technical staff or run a busy company can use your products.
This way you will get more clients, you will keep your clients happy and you will need less staff to answer all the inane questions we all ask you because you don't have documentation .
