Which template to use to suit both mobile and desktop?

Which template to use to suit both mobile and desktop?

Anyone can point me to a template that supports multiple columns, AND still look optimised for both mobile and desktop?

It seems like I can't get multiple columns to slide and stack on mobile (the problem is the Gmail app on iOS, works fine on Android) unless I use one of the smart templates, but that's just super narrow and not ideal for desktop...
