Who else is fed up with Zoho's API limits on ZoomInfo

I 'm a Zoho One/Enterprise CRM  client.  I use ZoomInfo religiously for its data.  When I export 25 contact records, generally, the full 25 contacts are accepted by Zoho.

If I add just one more, and my request is for 26, generally, only 1 contact is accepted by Zoho and 25 fail.  The same occurs on larger numbers.  For example, if I try too push 100 records, 99 will fail to export.

I spent hours with ZoomInfo and they have looked at and test everything.  It seems almost certain the issue is with Zoho.

After reading through many blogs of Zoho customers, the issue is how Zoho throttles and even limits API calls.

 

Understanding Zoho’s limits is a complicated process that is hard to specifically calculate but many other ZoomInfo users running Zoho at the enterprise level are experiencing the same issues.  While ZoomInfo allows 1,000 API calls at a time, Zoho places multiple limits (daily, simultaneous, concurrency and sub-concurency) on API.

 

Had I known this in advance (Zoho makes it hard to find this info) I would have never signed up for Zoho.  Since our more important feature is the data and ZoomInfo has the best data on the market, I’m curious if there is a workaround or it is best to partner with a CRM provider who doesn’t make it so difficult?
