Why are emails still being sent to an address I removed from my segment?

Why are emails still being sent to an address I removed from my segment?

Last time I ran a campaign, I removed addresses that I found out are no longer active.

However, I sent another campaign and found that this address was still emailed.

Also, when I search for the address in my contact list, it does not come up.

So why is it still being emailed?
