Why are there forums, when Zoho doesn't respond
Hi,
This is not my first post to a Zoho forum. I have noticed that in some cases Zoho(Employees) don't seem to respond. So whose responsibility is it to respond to the forum questions. I think Zoho has some really good products and their online documentation is pretty good(better than Google) but is there anyone at Zoho who can respond. Sometimes the response is we are working on fixing the problem WITHOUT a time frame. So Zoho, if you want to be Best of Breed and a premier company why can't you designate employees to respond in a timely manner. Today is Monday 4/26/2010 3:42 pst time. I will be awaiting your response.
