Why is it is so difficult to create a list of unengaged subscribers?!

Why is it is so difficult to create a list of unengaged subscribers?!

Help! I am desperately trying to find a way to create a running "live" list of disengaged subscribers based on the following criteria: 
1) Zoho Campaign email bounced
2) Subscriber opted out of email
3) Subscriber has not opened an email in the last year

I've tried the following to methods, but (in standard Zoho fashion) ran into unexpected roadblocks that prohibit me from accomplishing such a SIMPLE task.
  1. Use Zoho's List view by navigating to All Subscribers >> Filters >> Lists >> Disengaged Subscribers >> Has Not Opened Email in Last 6 Months / 1 Year view (but they must have a bug because my view doesn't populate with data....and I KNOW we have contacts that have NEVER opened a single email from us....so.....bug?


  2. Create a "Disengaged Subscriber List" using an Automated Workflow  - Unfortunately, email campaign "status history" (i.e. email bounced, subscriber hasn't opened/clicked/sent email in the last X months), is not an available option to build your criteria filter...shocking. The only available "Subscriber Activity" to choose from is Subscriber Score (useless) or "Opted Out"....well that's not helpful if I'm trying to build a list of Opted Out + Bounced + Disengaged subscribers to clean our subscriber data, is it? 

Any advice on how to maintain your Zoho Subscriber list? We have 28K subscribers and a fair portion are outdated records...
