Why no chat for paid Campaigns users?

Why no chat for paid Campaigns users?

I used to use Constant Contact for my email marketing, but wanted the integration features and to save $ so I switched to Campaigns as part of the CRM Plus upgrade. The bad news is the templates are limited, editor for templates is not that intuitive and when you get stuck you are left on your own to figure it out. Creating a campaign takes me at least 4 to 5 times longer. 

So I have to ask, Why no chat help at least for paid users?
