Why Zoho Campaigns have massive more limitations like other software?`

Hello,

it was a time we managed +300 zoho campaigns accounts.
But after only 3 years we handle now only +70 accounts.

The reason?
Because other solutions integrate much faster new functions. And not only this:
They do not only release a new function - they also deep dive into nested options and make it very detailed.

If you check the last update of zoho campaigns, you will see its only like doing makeup, if they adding new functions.

For example it take years to develope the tag option for contacts.
The tag option was completed and now? Yeah, now you can simple tag contacts.
But if you wanna do a simple export of your contacts the contact export will not export the tags.
That sounds not real and a little bit strange and funny, but its true. Yes, its true.

This is what i mean when i say: they doing only makeup, but dont think about the topic to the end.

So we asking the support about that point and they wrote:
"
I will share your update to the backend team who can take decisions on new implementation on the features."
-> Sorry, what?! We are in 2024 and you still say its a good idea this function and we will share it to our developers?!

"Unfortunately it is not possible to export the tags in a bulk way. For time being please open the tags separately and export."
-> I can understand if you say that we have to export contact lists invididual. Okay.
But tags are something which you have a lot of them. Our smallest client we handle have +300 tags. So we shoud open each tag by filter and export each one of 300 tags one by one like to work in a software from 1998?

And most of all contacts have multiply tags. So after exporting all 300 tags one by one we ned to merge all docuements to sample a contact with all tags they have. I job like working with a software in beta from kindergarden for children, but not for professionals. Sorry!

About what we are talking here?
We are in 2024 and zoho campaigns simply can not export contact tags if you export the contact itself.
Its a simple sql query and not a big thing. But in zoho it will take again 2 or 3 years to release this function.
And after its released they will do big marketing like it was a rocket sience.

Problems and issues like this was the problem why we lost +200 clients accounts which we managed in zoho campaigns. All cancled their subscription and moved to another newsletter solution.

I never have seen a so much limited software. And this was only the basic. I do not deep dive into details, because i will lose all my hair when i point out all the massive problems, data leaks (made by support because they sharing details from wrong client with us)...
