Work Item Followers

Zoho Sprints has introduced a feature called Followers that allows you to follow or to be added as a follower to a work item. Once you're a follower, you will automatically receive notifications whenever there's an activity in the work item.

 

David is the manager of his engineering team. He'd like to keep an eye on the overall assignments of his teammates. Instead of assigning the work items to himself, he just follows them. This helps him to stay up to date about the progress of each work item.  

To follow a work item,    

1. Navigate to a particular work item.
   
2. Click the Follow button. 
   

To add followers,   

1. Navigate to a particular work item.
   
2. Click Add Followers on the right corner.
   
3. Select the users to be added as Followers and click Select .
   
4. Click Add .
