Workflow Automation- Field updates
It would be awesome if I could apply more than three field updates per workflow automation rule in Zoho CRM. I'm a real estate broker specializing in short sales, and have changed my contacts module to be my files module. I have over 10 title/escrow companies, 50 banks, and 1000 real estate agents that I could possibly be filling in information for, and it would really save me a lot of time long curve to be able to have their information auto-fill. I'd really love to only have to make one workflow rule per company, bank, or agent.
Is there a more effective way to do this? Is there a way to create a form with Zoho Creator that can make Zoho CRM auto-populate fields? IE if I were to enter the name of a title/escrow agent, bank, or real estate agent in Zoho CRM, the form from Creator could auto-populate the rest of the information in Zoho CRM for that agent or bank?
On a side note how many workflow rules can you make with the enterprise edition?
