For one of our workflow automations to work we need to have the option for the recipients to 'not have clicked a specific link in the email', so we can then send them a follow up about this particular point in the email.

 But we need one which allows us to send a following email for those recipients to have  not clicked a specific link as our emails contain more than one link. Therefore, we can send a following communication with more information on the link that they did not click (the link is sending them to a form to fill out).

Has anyone encountered this problem before or have any solutions?
