I'm trying Zoho Capaigns automation Workflows and I've found a really annoying problem. Contacts take a lot of time (around 10 minutes) to jump from a step to the following step. You can check it in the attached screenshot. This is the first time I see this in an e-mail marketing automation tool and makes testing frustrating.

Furthermore, It's not OK to make the contact wait for 10 minutes to get their welcome e-mail. Is there something I've configurated wrongly? Any way to fix this and make that contacts immediatly jump to the next step?
