Working across ZOHO CRM, Campaigns & Surveys

I want to run a satisfaction survey in connection with won potentials.
Initially I want to do this as a test. In future it would be great to automate this process.
Each potential is registered to a specific account and an individual contact.

The potential is registered in ZOHO CRM.
The survey is created in ZOHO Surveys.
I link to the survey from a ZOHO Campaign.
I can sync from ZOHO CRM to ZOHO Campaigns - but NOT from the potentials only from leads/contacts.
I can't see any field that could be used to filter potentials won last month into a view in contacts.

How can I get the contact associated with each potential to sync to the campaign?

The sync between the survey and potential in CRM seems to work, with answers being registered automatically during a test. How can I generate an auto-responder that is triggered when the survey is completed and answers submitted?
