I just love the Segments feature of Campaigns. We do business in several languages, and with Segments I can use the right language according to which website language they were using when they contacted us.

When you develop this functionality further, please consider the possibility of creating subsets that are ANDs and ORs of lists and segments, i.e. a third level of abstraction. That way I can ask for the people that are in a particular mailing list but not in one of my predefined language segments. I can ask for customers synced from the Zoho CRM system that are not also voluntary subscribers to our newsletter. Powerful stuff.
