Wrong Button Link URL in Campaign HTML Email!

When I add a button in my email campaign template and use the follwoing URL link http://www.xxx.com/#test to open a registration form on my website the HTML email sent by Zoho Campaign adds a ? to the end of the link ( http://www.xxx.com/#test?) in the button so it goes to the website but not the form.

Why?

The plan text email is correct and works fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
