We migrated from Active Campaign and from GetResponse to your service.
But
now we are realy very shoked about the situation with zoho campaigns.
Now we see why zoho campaign are much more cheaper then the rest of
services like AC and GR:
We are not able to start an
Facebook Lead Ads. Lead Ads on Socialmedia are one of the most used
Lead/Traffic Channel for Newsletter Subscriber. The situation with zoho
campaigns is:
- You need to use paid ZAPIER plan to have basics like Facebook Lead ads.
But this is not enough of bad points:
- If you have an normal paid plan of zapier, the leads will be imported only every 15 Minutes by zapier.
So contact need to wait 15 minutes before they can confirm the newsletter subscription. This is the 100% conversion-killer ever!
- You need to pay 299 USD extra to have an 1 minute import process.
So Zoho Campaigns users need to pay minimum 299 USD extra for basics like Facebook Lead Ads.
We
also talked with some ZOHO partners and they just say: Yeah, we know
this critical situation, but we are also still waiting.... You can have
an paid integration by custom coding, but it will take many thousand
euros.....
Question:
Are you serious? For basics like that you still have no native integration for most used Lead channel of newsletter?
We realy need to add this basics to "wishlist of users" and wait month and years and hope that you develope it?!
Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse and many more already have an native integration of Facebook Lead Ads.
I
think we need to cancle all our customer plans here. Its it's pretty
sad because your pricing is nice. But now we know why. ;-)
I hope you will implement this option soon?!
