I'm looking to move away from Teamviewer and purchase a license for Zoho Assist, but I use Linux as my operating system and I'm now running into the issue below.

I've recently installed Pop OS 19.04 (a derivative of Ubuntu) Linux OS and have tried to install the x64 appimage (for technicians) several times.  Each time it adds a desktop file to the app launcher (Gnome Shell), but when attempting to launch the app it gives the message "segmentation fault" with no further information.

I've removed the appimage and attempted to reinstall via the terminal and upon installation it gave the same error message, but did add the Zoho Assist icon to the app launcher.  Still, the app will not launch.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
