Hi All - when I used SalesForce in past, I was able to froward client emails that I received in my regular email client to salesforce using the BCC Dropbox address. The System would then find the clients eMail address in the body of the email and associate the email with the correct Contact.
Zoho does not seem to be able to do this - am I wrong - is there a way to automate the proper assignment of these eMails?
