I joined Zoho Books in April2022. I have not been able to use it because it does not sync with my credit union or capital one credit card. I asked for a refund within the first 30 days but did not receive it. I have spoken to several customer service representatives and no one has been able to assist me in getting my money refunded. Instead I have been told over and over again that they are working on something that will allow my banking accounts to sync. It is now November and my accounts still do not sync. If I wanted to manually enter my data I would have continued using Excel. I am a small business owner and every penny counts. I have wasted my money on a product I can not use. I asked if the monies could be used toward a different service and I got no reply.  Zoho in my opinion is not a good company to do business with.
