Zoho Books offers a demo before you purchase zoho books. But after that when he actually purchases the product he has to rely on toll free number or help documents. But this might get frustrated in the initial period. Specially in initial period.

I just came to know when I called the zoho books helpline number that everyday there are live webinars where at the end the registered people can ask the queries. I hope this serves the purpose and I will try it.

However, just to mention that Tally used to give 3-4 free on demand dedicated sessions after someone buys their software. The great purpose it served that the customer easily got transformed without lashing out at the product since the summarized queries got served. This is just a viewpoint you may consider if this makes sense. Do give a thought.
