I would to be able to track my cell phone calls in the CRM.
So if a contact calls my cell phone number, note of that phone call will be made in the CRM so that I don't have to remember to go back in and add the call manually.
Is there a way to connect the CRM and my cell phone via a 3rd party? Such as Google Voice, Skype, etc.
If not, this would be a great feature. The biggest problem I run into in sales are the calls that where made on my cell phone and never got logged in the CRM.
