Zoho Campaign and Zoho CRM does not sycn account criteria fields

I have tried asking for support, no response.  CRM and Campaigns does not sync.  Followed every guide to the letter and checked everything many times.  I know there is no live chat support for campaigns but this does not work. can someone contact me to get this working please?
