I have linked my Zoho CRM and my Zoho Campaign a few weeks ago. Normally if I send an email from campaign to one contact (taht is already in my Zoho CRM) I would be suppose to see the email information (open vs non-open) from my Zoho CRM but I don't see that kind of information.....
