None of our Zoho campaign emails are being delivered to Office 365 mailboxes. Campaign emails are delivered to other email systems eg. gmail

We have run Office 365 message traces and there is no record of the email arriving so Microsodt systems are not receiving the email. We have also tested it with alternate Office 365 tenancys so the problem is not specific to one office 365 tenancy.

Is this an issue with Zoho delivery systems or are there any specific tweaks that need to be configured?
