Zoho Campaign is running very slowly

For a week in a row it takes me about half an hour to an hour just to open the campaign and about an hour to make changes(even just opening targeting takes about an hour).

I contacted support yesterday, but today still nothing has changed.

I have a day off today and wanted to quickly check and send a campaign, but it took up half a day of my free time and I still can't open the campaign. It's just horrible. I'll have to find another tool because Zoho Campaign just doesn't work. But I wonder if I am the only one having such difficulties?
