Zoho Campaign Not mailing to everyone

Zoho Campaign Not mailing to everyone

I have two list...List one has 528 subscribers and list two has 294 subscribers (sync from Zoho CRM) for a total of 822 subscribers.  But when I create a campaign and select both list to mail to it only mails to 684.

I've check to see if maybe the other 138 have unsubscribe or bounce but no...Not the case.

Why would this be happening?
