Please read : workflow in the title not worfkow !

I need to create email sequences (workflow), each email is under conditions but I need to create one action in the email sequence (rank 3 for instead) that is not an email but an excel file that would be used to send a print letter (personalised). Is it possible ? if yes how ? is that excel list coud be sent by mail to the person in charge of printing this postal mail ?
