Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM automation for Opens and Clicks
I have set up both Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns and integrated the two.
I am trying to create an automation workflow in Zoho Campaigns - when my leads open and/or clicks on an email, the Lead status / Tasks can be automatically updated in Zoho CRM.
What are the steps?
