Zoho Campaigns Automation - Cannot create autoresponder targeted to segments

I called the customer support last week regarding this issue. I am able to create a new autoresponder to a mailing list. But, when I attempt to create an autoresponder to a segment within a mailing list, it it gives me a message stating, "Error Occured. Please try again!".

I was able to create an autoresponder to a mailing list a couple weeks back. It only recently stopped working. When I called customer service last week, the representative took control of my PC to troubleshoot, and was not able to fix the problem. He then confirmed that it is a Zoho internal problem, and not a problem specific to my Zoho Campaigns account. 

The representative told me that they were working to resolve the issue and I would receive an email confirming once it is fixed. But, that was a week ago and I am still not able to create my autoresponder.

Please advise.
