I'm doing a campaign with Zoho Campaign to a target list.

What I'd like to do is to if for example a customer open the email but doesn't click the link; I would like to send that information to our Sales Account Manager so he can call the customer saying ''hey you saw our email but didn't reply or seem interested, I'd like to tell you more about the offer...''

How do I do that ?

Because with what I can see in Autoresponder section, is the autoresponse will be send to the customer and that's excatly what I do not want to do. I want to send them the offers and if they seem not interested, I want to know that and bring my Sales Manager in the loop physically/on the phone...
