I've set up two sign-up based autoresponders in ZC associated with two mailing list segments to correspond with this 2 stages. I've also mapped the potential stages field as a custom field in ZC.
It's important to note that during our estimates stage, this could take anywhere between 1 day to 8 months. So the autoresponder associated with this has several emails that are sent periodically (1 week, 1 month, 3 months) in an attempt to further the potential through the pipeline.
When the contacts are synced (1/wk), the contacts are placed into the two segments based on the potential stages criteria (estimates and quotes).
So here's my query...
Lets say I have a customer in the estimates segment (and autoresponder) and then the next week, following the sync they are added to the quotes segment (and autoresponder) - Will they be removed from the estimates segment given the fact that they no longer fit the estimates segment criteria.
