Zoho Campaigns - identify, segment, or add to list contacts that have never been emailed

Is there a way to identify Campaigns contacts who have never been emailed? As the Campaigns contacts are dynamic, I want to make sure I find all contacts who had never received any emails from us or ones who had received only one. As contacts are added over time some may have received certain information a few times whereas others had never received it. It makes no sense to spam some and leave out the others. I don't see a way for this query to be used in a workflow nor do I see it available as a condition within a list or list segment. Perhaps I am overlooking the obvious. Does anyone have a suggestion?
