Zoho Campaigns - Missing contacts from Synced list (Zoho CRM)

Hi,

We've just recently taken out a subscription to Zoho Campaigns, and we've performed an initial sync.  After the sync, the number of active contacts didn't match our expectation until we found the "Ignored Contacts" section.

In the ignored contacts section, we had contacts blocked under the following areas:
  1. File Duplicated - no problems with this
  2. Invalid Pattern - we fixed the email address and now that's working
  3. Empty Email Addresses - expected behaviour
  4. Group Emails - We don't know why these are ignored

We send out site alerts, so some companies put in admin@ or accounts@ email addresses and we need to be able to send notifications to these.

Could you please advise how we get these off of the ignored contacts list?
