Zoho Campaigns: Push member status as Fields in Zoho CRM Leads Module

Zoho Campaigns: Push member status as Fields in Zoho CRM Leads Module

I'm not able to select a field in Leads module to push member status from Zoho Campaigns to Zoho CRM. 

I have created a custom field in Leads module in Zoho CRM to store the member status from an email campaign executed in Zoho Campaigns. 

The issue is in the configuration of Push Member Status as Fields in Zoho CRM, the Leads field (Campaign Response) to map the member status is not there in the field selection pick list. 

How can I specify the Campaign Response field to receive the push notification?
