Zoho Campaigns Signup process
Hi there,
I am trying to make changes to my existing email database.
I have been having issues with my syncs for a while now as I was informed I am not allowed to sync from crm/send campaigns to any group emails i.e. admin@, sales@ etc. Therefore I am planning to send out an email to everyone on my mailing list that there has been a policy change and would appreciate if everyone could re-subscribe. My current signup process is; fill in the form >> receive welcome email and confirm subscription.
In this welcome email, i want another form to be sent requesting additional information so I can send campaigns tailored specifically to their business type.
How do I go about doing this?
