I'm trying to set up SMS messaging in Zoho Campaigns.  I chose Clickatell as the SMS Gateway.  I've registered our brand. Do I need to register a campaign just to get the API Key to integrate?  We're not quite ready for a campaign yet and I was hoping to get things set up and tested before we go down that road.
