Zoho Campaigns - Workflow Rules for Optin Forms & Passing data between forms

Hi there,

Just started using Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.

Whilst I'm new to Zoho I have spent a fair amount of time trying to work stuff out but I'm stuck here.

Question 1:

I think this would be handled with a workflow but not sure?

So if i have a web sign up form that adds those that optin to a mailing list, how would I go about having it so if they then opted in to a different separate list they could be removed from the original list?

prospect >>>>>opts into list 1

prospect >>>>>opts into list 2 >>>>>is automatically removed from list 1

Question 2:

Is it possible to pass information through from one optin web form to another?

prospect >>>>>opts into list 1 with name and email

prospect>>>>>redirected after optin to a thank you page that contains a second web form with custom fields.

prospects name and email are automatically populated to that form >>>>>prospect fills out additional fields>>>>>prospect is added to list number 2.
