I wish to use a custom field to for an Dynamic Text frame in an email.

The field is called RASLevel and it comes from a dropdown list in Zoho CRM. 

The custom field itself is available in the Wait Condition Block.

The custom merge tag for it has already been created - it is called $[UD:RASLEVEL]$

However,  this custom merge tag is NOT available in the settings for the Dynamic Text.  Other custom merge tags (such as $[UD:ACCOUNTKEY]$) are available. But not the $[UD:RASLEVEL]$ tag.

I am unsure of why this particular custom merge tag is being excluded from the Dynamic Text option.  Can anyone provide their input?
