Zoho Challenge - user answers are being cut off and not captured

10 people have taken our test, and several of them have reported that the test did not capture their entire answer for "open answer" questions. In looking at the answer papers, almost every test shows signs of the user's answers being cut-off/not captured.

Please advise.
