Zoho Chat Live Support send files from guests?

Zoho Chat Live Support send files from guests?

Can someone who goes to a page I've embedded Live Support on send me files? I noticed that I can send them files, but there is no option on their end to send me a file back.

If not, any plans to incorporate this?
