i'm trying to use Zoho chat with a Jabber client. I found this  https://chat.zoho.com/jabber and i've tried to use Pidgin and Psi (i use windows) but everytime it's the same error : 

Communication with the host failed. Disconnected.

I don't understand why... Can you help me ?
